Kevelrock offers coaching for three levels: Executive Level, Management Level (country managers, and team leaders), and Team Level (individuals with no managerial responsibility).

All coaching packages — irrespective of responsibility levels — include six one-hour coaching sessions.

Not initially. We believe that learning is an ongoing process that requires commitment. Our experience tells us that initial six hours of coaching are necessary to begin building the global skills you need. After the initial package, you can purchase a second package or you can book individual sessions.

Yes. A six-session coaching package must be used within three months.

Kevelrock is a network of global, multicultural, and multilingual professionals in a variety of fields and from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds. We have advisors in more than sixty countries on every continent. During the design of your PDP we will include segments where you can have a conversation with one or more of our advisors and benefit from their international experience as well as their local and regional insights.
