With regular coaching sessions, additional support, specific assignments, and exposure to Kevelrock’s cultural advisors you will benefit from continuous support and guidance, ensuring that progress remains steady and focused.

Our plans are highly customizable, adapting to your evolving needs. Additionally, with built-in progress tracking and feedback mechanisms, you can monitor your development, celebrate successes, and recalibrate goals as needed. This continual engagement fosters a strong sense of accountability and ensures that the changes made are not only impactful but also enduring.

  • Book a 30-minute non-committal consultation. This is our way to learn about you and you about us.

  • Kevelrock offers coaching for three levels: Executive Level, Management Level (country managers, and team leaders), and Team Level (individuals with no managerial responsibility).

  • All coaching packages — irrespective of responsibility levels — include six one-hour coaching sessions.

  • Not initially. We believe that learning is an ongoing process that requires commitment. Our experience tells us that initial six hours of coaching are necessary to begin building the global skills you need. After the initial package, you can purchase a second package or you can book individual sessions.

  • Our goal is to help you become flexible, adaptable, and resilient in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing global environment. With Kevelrock, you will learn how to build trust and relationships across geographies and functions, and we focus on your specific needs. This could include matters such as: motivating global teams, negotiating across cultural differences, conflict resolution in different cultural contexts, and how to communicate more effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.

  • Yes. A six-session coaching package must be used within three months.

  • After the first coaching session, if you are not satisfied, you can cancel your package and get your money back in full.

    • You can be exposure to Kevelrock’s cultural advisors.

    • The program is highly customizable, adapting to your evolving needs.

    • Includes built-in progress tracking and feedback mechanisms to fosters a strong sense of accountability and ensures that the changes made are not only impactful but also enduring.

  • Kevelrock is a network of global, multicultural, and multilingual professionals in a variety of fields and from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds. We have advisors in more than sixty countries on every continent. During the design of your PDP we will include segments where you can have a conversation with one or more of our advisors and benefit from their international experience as well as their local and regional insights.

  • After the first coaching session, if you are not satisfied, you can cancel your PDP and get your money back in full.
